Had an excellent stay in a room on vacation. Booked a room with amazing views of the ocean. A microwave and a stove were a huge plus. The staff was very-very nice from arrival until we left. Everything was simply amazing!

Our room was great, with climate control, a TV, and a refrigerator, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near Manuel Antonio park, the Mayan ruins, and the ocean.

Right off the highway, this hotel is conveniently located for easy access. The fact that it's right on the beach is a huge plus, as it allows guests to enjoy the beautiful views and relax by the ocean. Additionally, being next to a beach with a strong rip tide can be a warning sign for some, but it actually adds to the adventurous atmosphere of this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Playa Hermosa. The location was just perfect, with the beach right in front of the hotel. It was so convenient to walk out and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The staff were excellent, always eager to please and help out. They provided excellent recommendations for day trips and even helped us book activities like ATV rides. The hotel also had all the basic amenities we needed, including a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. It was great to be able to cook our own meals and enjoy them while listening to the sound of the ocean. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and provided fresh towels. this hotel offered great value for money and made our stay very enjoyable.

During my stay at Marea Brava, I encountered a minor issue with the bathroom, but the staff quickly resolved it. They were very helpful and understanding throughout the process. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

Spent a brilliant weekend by the shore! the complementary drinks and food were top-notch and the ocean view was astounding! the hotel area's swimming pool was a perfect hangout spot to cool off from the beach heat. the tropical garden surrounding the villa was a delight to experience, and we relished early morning walks by the seashore.

Regrettably, the villa we stayed in lacked some basic conveniences that one would anticipate. the kitchen required some equipment and utensils, and the villa kitchenette ran out of basic essentials like sugar.

It was easy to drive to Manuel Antonio park from there. Our apartment had a nice view of the ocean. the building was beautiful with real wood windows and trim.

The bathroom needed to be updated, as it had no water pressure at all, and it was out of date.

The overall condition of the hotel was not great. The room was outdated and in need of maintenance.
